MedPal AI is committed to high standards of corporate governance and has adopted the Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA) Corporate Governance Code.
The Board of Directors believes that robust governance is essential for sustainable growth and maintaining investor confidence. In line with the QCA Code, the Company has implemented a governance framework appropriate to its size and stage of development, ensuring effective board oversight of strategy, risk management, and internal controls. The Board meets regularly and is responsible for setting MedPal’s strategic direction, monitoring operational and financial performance, and upholding a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organisation.
MedPal AI values transparency and accountability, and the Board is dedicated to engaging with shareholders and stakeholders openly while complying with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
MedPal empowers individuals with personalised, actionable insights by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and data integration. The platform focuses on proactive, preventive care – helping users avoid potential health issues – while making health management more accessible and tailored to each person.
MedPal AI has a strong commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, which are integrated into our business strategy:
• Environmental: As a digital health technology company, we have a relatively low environmental footprint, but we remain dedicated to minimizing our impact on the environment. We utilise energy-efficient cloud infrastructure and remote collaboration tools to reduce energy consumption, and we aim to offset carbon emissions where possible as we grow.
• Social: We are mission-driven to improve health outcomes and enhance personal well-being through technology. MedPal AI is committed to the ethical use of AI and the highest standards of data privacy and patient confidentiality. We also foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we engage with healthcare communities to support education and initiatives that promote digital health literacy and equitable access to health insights.
• Governance: We uphold rigorous governance and ethical standards in all our operations. Our Board of Directors provides active oversight to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (including healthcare data protection and AI usage guidelines) and to maintain transparency and accountability. We have adopted the QCA Corporate Governance Code (as noted above) to guide our practices, and we continuously monitor and improve our governance processes to align with best practices for a public company.
